Minimum of four years recent related nursing experience with demonstrated competency in teaching, education and program development and evaluation, required. Previous experience in community nursing, preferably in Home Care, required.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Diploma/Certification in Adult Education preferred. Must be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).

Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred. Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)/Registered Psychiatric Nurses Act. Basic computer skills are required.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access,



preferred. Evidence of knowledge of the principles of adult learning and teaching strategies. This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
