Elevate patient care as an Occupational Therapist II at Westlock Healthcare Centre, providing comprehensive, client-focused services. You’ll leverage your clinical skills to provide client-centered care and leadership among allied health professionals. By managing competing priorities and delivering evidence-based solutions, you’ll positively impact patient outcomes and contribute to program development. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate occupational therapy and allied health services
- Supervise students and team members as needed
- Make clinical decisions on assessments and interventions
- Monitor care delivery and manage caseloads
- Participate in operational planning and committee representation Requirements:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Eligible for registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
- Certification in Basic Life Support required
- Preferably one year experience in rural or acute care
