Part-Time Office Cleaner Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team at our Bancroft location. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize offices, exam rooms, reception areas, washrooms, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
- Restock washroom and kitchen supplies, including paper products and soap.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas regularly.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management.
- Safely use and store cleaning products and equipment in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Follow established health and safety policies, including infection prevention and control protocols.
- Small maintenance activities like building furniture,



fixing broken items etc.

Qualifications

- Previous commercial or office cleaning experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Work Conditions

- Part-time position based at our Bancroft location. Hours are Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 7:30pm - Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds.
