• Workplace OperationsOversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and professional workspaceOversee reception operations including greeting visitors, managing sign-ins, coordinating escorts, and ensuring security protocols are followedAct as the primary onsite contact for building management, maintenance, inspections, and safety protocols. Support incoming inquiries (phone/email) and direct them appropriatelyManage building access for employees, contractors,



and visitorsMonitor and resolve ServiceNow/work-order tickets and coordinate vendor supportConduct routine space checks and handle minor workspace adjustmentsVendor &

• Property ManagementCoordinate with key vendors (cleaning, supplies, coffee/water services, shredding, electricians)Coordinate maintenance requests, monitor service levels, and oversee vendor billingMaintain facility documentation and asse inventoriesAdministrative &

• Executive SupportBuild polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and consolidate materials for leadership meetingsManage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with easeCoordinate internal events and external client meetings if neededArrange travel and meeting logistics for leaders and visitorsPrepare reports and financial summaries — including working from raw data when neededDraft agendas, set up meeting materials, and book meeting spacesProvide light technical support and triage as neededOffice Logistics &

• SupportManage office supply orders and inventory.Support seating plans, space assignments, and move coordinationEnsure an exceptional visitor and employee experience onsiteFinancial AdministrationSupport the office/facilities budget, including invoice processing and tracking quotesEnsure accurate documentation and approval workflow managementEXPERIENCE:3+ years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, workplace operations, or a similar roleStrong administrative capabilities, including report preparation, presentation building, and event coordinationExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlinesStrong communication skills and a service-focused approachComfort with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and digital ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)Willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist with light physical tasks as needed.COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:Attention to detail, 10-key, strong math skills, strong spreadsheet skills,
