Psychology is a growing psychology practice supporting children & adolescents, serving the regions of Simcoe & Muskoka. Dr. Gyles takes a strengths-based approach to understanding, assessing, & treating children and youth in order to provide them with access to supports & services to reach their potential. We work with children with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Self-Regulation/Emotion Regulation struggles, and Mental Health difficulties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

- Skilled computer literacy and proficiency -- Capacity to learn new platforms and technology quickly
Role of the Office Manager:
- Lead day-to-day operations of multi-clinician psychology clinic
- Manage client referrals, intake, scheduling, billing, file organization
- Strengthen workflows, office systems,
and processes to support an efficient and collaborative practice through development, use, refinement and monitoring of clinic procedures, processes, and office resources
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Internal clinic tracking of services
- Maintain office supplies, ordering, purchasing
- Support, promote, and maintain positive, collaborative office culture
- With accountant, support payroll
- Support onboarding staff/contractors
- Ensure confidentiality
Qualifications:
- 2+ years administrative experience required, mental health/health care office experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Operations experience an asset
- Postsecondary education required; College/University in Administrative/HR program or comparable, an asset
- Regulated Health Professionals/clinicians, or teachers/educators with interest in a management/administrative role are welcome to apply
- Strong technology and computer skills required, including proficiency in and strong capacity to learn various platforms (e.g., Excel, Microsoft/Google, electronic health platforms)
