Our client in the SE is looking for an on-call Receptionist to join their team. This is a excellent role for someone looking to work some extra hours, or a student looking to gain some experience.

What's in it for you:

$23.00 - $25.00 hourly

Duration: ongoing, a few days a month, sometimes more

Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm, some days can be 8:30am to 12:30pm

Upcoming coverage needed: October 6, 8:30am to 12:30pm

Location: SE Calgary

Responsibilities

- Answering the phones on a multi-line system
- Coordinating with mail couriers
- Greeting incoming clients
- Helping with tasks like filing, data entry, and scanning

Requirements

- 1+ year of relevant administrative experience as a Receptionist
- Fluency with MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule
