Drive materials management on-site with a pivotal role as a Material Coordinator in Montreal's major industrial project. This position focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing critical materials effectively. Based entirely in office, this role reports directly to the Construction Manager.

You'll be a hands-on professional, ensuring the material status is visible, maintaining condition checks, and guaranteeing availability for contractors. Your expertise will be vital for successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the receiving, inspection, and storage of materials
- Ensure proper tracking in Oracle Unifier and InEight systems
- Manage overages, shortages, and damages with the team
- Organize storage areas and facilitate material release
- Plan major equipment deliveries respecting construction priorities

Requirements:

- Experience in site-based material coordination
- Proficient with Oracle Unifier and InEight tracking
- Strong organizational skills for storage management
- Capable of managing OS&D; efficiency
