Provide essential mental health support as a Mental Health Therapist with Homewood Health. This full time position offers an opportunity to deliver EFAP services and make a real difference in clients' lives. As part of our Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team devoted to offering high-quality care.
You will engage in confidential counseling, case management, and assessments, focusing on seamless service delivery. Ideal candidates hold a master's degree in a related discipline and demonstrate significant counseling experience to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EFAP services including counseling and assessments
- Establish treatment plans and maintain case progress notes
- Develop actionable service plans under supervision
- Respond to after-hours crisis calls as required
- Collaborate with team members to improve client outcomes Requirements:
- Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Valid registration with governing body
- Minimum 3 years of counseling experience
- Familiarity with crisis management techniques
