Jobber is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to welcome current home service businesses and set them up for long-term success. You will guide customers from kickoff to activation in their first 90 days, consulting on Jobber features and integrations while coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and R&D; to continuously improve onboarding.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, drive value through structured playbooks, and leverage AI tools to streamline sessions and follow-ups.
