Aero Pacific Express is a trucking and logistics company strategically located in the YVR Airport Cargo area. We are continuously growing and are looking to immediately add to our team. Job Duties

- Manage paperwork for import/export Airfreight
- Rating an billing the jobs you handle
- Provide support with after-hours calls on occasion
- Assist in dispatching trucks to various locations for deliveries
- Customer service and ongoing follow up related to delivery times and/or delivery delays. This is primarily via phone and email.

Qualities You Bring





2+ years working in a fast-paced office

Robust problem-solving ability

Solid interpersonal skills

Forklift Experience is an asset

Highly organized and able to juggle many plates. This is a fast-moving role that requires organizational skills and grace under pressure The ability to manage and organize large amounts of paperwork

- Experience within the transportation industry is very helpful as well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
