Northstar Property Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Systems & AI Implementation Intern to join our growing team in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

This position is part of a structured internship program focused on developing practical skills in business operations, digital systems, and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support the modernization of internal processes through workflow optimization, data management, and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and improve work order and operational workflows
- Manage all incoming work orders




- Assist in implementing digital systems for tracking and reporting
- Support integration of AI tools to improve efficiency and automation
- Develop and maintain structured data systems
- Assist with scheduling optimization and resource coordination
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and SOP development
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions

Training & Development The intern will receive structured, hands-on training and direct supervision, including:

- Exposure to real-world operational systems
- Training in workflow design and process optimization
- Experience implementing digital and AI-based tools
- Ongoing mentorship and performance feedback

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
