Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support & Issue Resolution

Provide L2 support for Cerner RadNet and integrated ancillary systems (PACS, EMR, billing, ECG/diagnostic systems). Troubleshoot incidents related to order entry, scheduling, reporting, documentation, workflow issues, and interface errors.

Respond to helpdesk tickets, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver timely resolutions.

1. Documentation & Training

Create and maintain SOPs, technical documents, and training material.
1. Interface & System Integration Support (preferred)

Monitor, troubleshoot, and support interfaces between RadNet and systems like PACS, Fuji Synapse, Siemens Syngo, billing systems, and ECG solutions. Understand HL7, DICOM standards, and data flows for diagnostic imaging.
1. Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in healthcare IT application support or Cerner RadNet application support roles. Robust, hands‑on expertise with Cerner RadNet configuration and support.
