Position Summary:

We’re seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative to expand our linen, uniform, and mat rental services. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and providing customized solutions to meet each customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base across industries (hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and more).
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal to closing and onboarding.




- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless account setup and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in linen, uniform, or facility services (experience with companies like Cintas, Unifirst, or Aramark is a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a hunter mindset and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
