Due to expanding operations, we are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in face-to-face selling and wants to earn what their effort is worth .

If you’re confident meeting homeowners, builders, and contractors, understand consultative selling, and enjoy closing deals, this role is for you.

This is a a Base Salary + Uncapped Commission position. What You’ll Do

- Generate and manage outside sales through leads, referrals, and self-prospecting.
- Meet customers in office to assess needs, take measurements, and recommend suitable window & door solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.

What We’re Looking For





- Proven outside sales experience (construction, windows & doors, building materials or Automobile Industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to read drawings, measurements, or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
