If you share our values and would like to work with a-skilled professional team, Armour is presently seeking an Office Administrator to join the growing team at our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location. providing positive front-line receptionist support at our Home Office 2 answering a multi-line telephone system with a strong focus on customer service and ensures appropriate distribution of calls; typing and formatting letters and reports; ensuring office supplies are stocked, ordering and distributing new items as needed.



conducting data entry and administrative duties; ensuring the confidentiality of files and possesses the highest level of personal integrity; recommending improvements in workflow and procedures within administration; helping maintain administrative support systems and procedures for the office; receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail; assisting in managing Outlook calendars including office boardrooms; ensuring office space is clean and tidy including kitchen facilities, boardrooms and common space areas; helping develop inter-office administrative support systems and procedures; coordinate inter-office communication and mail; Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

Strong customer service skills and an ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and office equipment.
