Overnight Security Agent You ensure the safety and wellbeing of your fellow employees, guests and visitors. You are attentive, efficient and committed, and will ensure your property remains a secure, enjoyable workplace and travel destination. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting October 2026.
Starting
Rate of Pay:$25.40 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $31.30.
Job Duties Include
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises - Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations - Conduct regular floor patrols,
cash counts and crowd control - Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way Qualifications - Previous security/hospitality experience is required - OFA level 2 First Aid Certification required - Previous security/hospitality experience is required - Class 5 Drivers License is required - Possess a valid British Columbia Basic Security Training (BST) License - Subsidized staff accommodationprovided - Complimentary mealin our staff cafeteria per shift - Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverageat Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Additional Information Visa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
