We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable associate to be part of our Packaging Team. This position involves working in production, operating equipment, packaging boxes, and palatize skids.

What you will be doing:

- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor the automated/semi-automated filling machine to ensure silicon sealant is correctly dispensed into tubes without leaks or defects.
- Quality Control: Inspect filled tubes, caps, and labels for quality defects, proper sealing, and correct weight or volume.
- Boxing & Packaging: Efficiently pack filled silicon tubes into designated boxes according to company packaging standards.
- Palletizing (Skids): Safely lift and stack packed boxes onto skids in a stable manor
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine minor troubleshooting of packaging equipment, clear minor jams,



clean machine if spills and report major mechanical issues to maintenance.
- Workspace Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all company safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging environment is preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to [e.g., 10–30 lbs] safely.
- Attention to Detail: Robust focus on quality control and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented setting
