Ability to communicate effectively in English and French is essential.

Must have Metal Fabrication experinece: brake press or sheet metal, punch press, lazer, waterjet, or oxy cutting, HVAC, or coil slitting. OHSA training, First aid and CPR Certified. Warehouse experience with forklift, packing and measuring.

Must also demonstrate successful leadership and team building skills – even if from an unrelated business or non-business organization.
