We’re looking for a kind, organized, and reliable Packer who can thoughtfully prepare seniors’ homes for moving day and help set up their new living spaces with care. No Experience Necessary

We provide paid, hands‑on training in packing, unpacking, communication, and senior-sensitive support. Meet the Genie team at the resident’s home (vehicle required) Track basic inventory of household items and boxes packed Photograph pre‑existing damage to furniture or walls as part of job documentation Perform light lifting and careful packing of clothing, kitchenware,



and décor Unpack and thoughtfully set up residents’ recent suites or apartments Communicate compassionately and respectfully with senior clients and their families Work independently when pre‑packing homes in advance of move day Collaborate with movers and team leads to ensure nothing is left behind or mishandled Work is scheduled based on client move needs (not fixed daily shifts) Must be fluent in English to communicate with our clients Excellent customer service and communication skills Naturally empathetic and patient when interacting with seniors Experience in packing, caregiving, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles is an asset Packing materials, labels, markers, and organizational tools Ability to learn Genie’s packing standards and techniques Transportation Expectations Travel with the team when required Have reliable personal transportation Paid as an employee (not a contractor) Paid training in packing, unpacking, and senior‑sensitive communication Vacation pay included in compensation Opportunities for ongoing, repeat shifts as our operation grows
