Painter – Full-Time Year-round position (High-End Residential)

We're looking for a painter seeking stable, year-round employment with at least 6 months of professional painting experience.

1+ year of experience along with interior painting and/or cabinet refinishing experience would be considered an asset.

What You’ll Do

- Surface prep (washing, sanding, masking)
- Jobsite setup and cleanup
- Assist on interior and exterior residential projects
- Learn professional painting systems step-by-step
- Work alongside experienced crew leads/jobsite managers in a structured environment

You’ll start with fundamentals and grow as your skill improves. Some projects involve demanding physical work (ladders, sanding,



exterior prep). We maintain high standards on every property we touch.

We're expanding into Kelowna in 2027 and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Our current projects are primarily in Vernon as we start to grow into Kelowna this fall and winter before an official Kelowna based crew is launched later this winter/next spring, so being comfortable commuting initially to certain Vernon based projects this winter will be required.

This is an opportunity to join an established painting company as we build our Kelowna team, with stable,



year-round employment and opportunities for growth.

Compensation

$22–$32/hour to start (based on experience and performance)

40 hours/week

Paid stat holidays + accrued vacation
