Applicants requires safe and efficient use of pneumatic nail guns, hand and power tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

- Build current pallets and repair used pallets according to required specifications.
- Inspect pallets for damage and determine whether they should be repaired, recycled, or discarded.
- Operate nail guns, saws, pry bars, and other hand or power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all completed pallets meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe, and productive work area.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and stacking pallets as required.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or material shortages to the supervisor promptly.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Qualifications:
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and pneumatic nail guns.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Team-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy industrial environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.25 per hour
