YOUR ROLE:

As a paralegal specializing in mortgage collections, you will play an important role on the team by ensuring the preparation, coordination, and rigorous follow-up of the cases assigned to you.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, letters, forms, and memos related to financial services;
- Drafting and preparing standard litigation procedures, particularly in cases involving insolvency, banking law, and mortgage foreclosures;
- Handle the administrative management of collection cases for external clients;
- Systematically track cases and ensure compliance with the various administrative steps;




- Prepare, organize, and maintain up-to-date client files, including correspondence and supporting documents;
- Work closely with team members to ensure cases are handled efficiently and thoroughly.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Legal formation and relevant experience.
- Experience as a Paralegal in mortgage collection;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Rigorous, meticulous, and committed to a job well done;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit;
- Sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
