Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while performing custodial tasks.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation are met.
- Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from building occupants regarding cleanliness.




- Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning duties within designated time frames.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.

Experience

- Previous experience of 1 year min in custodial or commercial cleaning
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills are crucial for prioritizing tasks effectively while ensuring thoroughness in cleaning duties.
