Network (UHN) is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work at the West Park Healthcare Centre. This part-time role includes assessing and treating patients, educating families, and collaborating within a professional healthcare team. Provide education and training for patients and caregivers
- Maintain timely clinical documentation for patient records
- Supervise rehabilitation assistants in therapy delivery MSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
