Coco Nail & Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can confidently manage a busy front desk while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

✨ What You’ll Do

- Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Fresha
- Assist clients with booking changes, cancellations, and general inquiries
- Process payments and assist with front-desk transactions
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Communicate effectively with nail technicians and spa staff
- Provide exceptional customer service from the moment clients arrive until they leave
- Help keep the daily schedule running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist, customer service, salon/spa, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
- Robust phone etiquette and confidence speaking with customers
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software




- Experience with Fresha or another appointment-booking system is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

⭐ The Right Person The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a great customer experience. You should be comfortable answering phones, working on a computer, managing appointments, and communicating with both clients and team members. Salon or spa experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and willingness to learn are equally important.

Ability to work weekends is a must. Hours are from 10-6pm (Friday-Sunday)
