Extendicare seeks a dedicated Part Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with provincial standards. You will collaborate with an inter-professional team, maintain accurate patient assessments, and implement care plans.

Key responsibilities also include medication administration and coordinating resident education and care assignments for productive delivery of services. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and document residents’ clinical care needs
- Implement and evaluate care/service plans with necessary adjustments




- Administer and document medications in compliance with regulations
- Facilitate resident care conferences and education
- Respond to medical emergencies and significant resident changes Requirements:
- Current registration as an RPN in the province
- Experience in long-term care environments preferred
- Strong communication and care coordination skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required
