We are looking for a personable, proactive, and fashion-minded Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team and help bring the Mysto experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a thoughtful, personalized shopping experience that reflects Mysto’s brand identity and values.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations and styling suggestions.
- Develop a strong understanding of Mysto’s collections, including cashmere quality, knit structures, fit, fabric characteristics, and garment care.
- Communicate the value of our products through engaging storytelling and product knowledge.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.
- Maintain product presentation, merchandising, inventory organization, and daily sales operations.
- Represent Mysto professionally at pop-ups,



brand events, and other customer-facing activities when required.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail, sales, fashion, or customer service is an asset.
- Genuine interest in fashion, styling, textiles, and contemporary lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect naturally with customers.
- A customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning about product materials, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.
- Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis.
- Versatile to accommodate scheduled shifts and occasional brand events.
