- Design and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to staff and volunteers




- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Maintain compliance with program safety and legal requirements
- Support individualized care plans for children’s needs

Requirements:

- Minimum 19 years of age
- Experience working with children aged 5-12
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Willing to learn YMCA standards and health requirements
- Must have Emergency First Aid & CPR certification
