Position: Part-Time Server

At Ricky’s All Day Grill, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, guest-focused environment where teamwork, outstanding food, and friendly service come together. We are currently looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Part-Time Server to join our St. Albert team.

Shift Availability

Applicants should have good availability, particularly on weekends. Available shifts may include:

- Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – Close
- 1–2 daytime shifts per week: approximately 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Possible 1–2 opening shifts per week

The exact schedule may vary based on business needs and the candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Process cash and card payments accurately




- Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible-service procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as required

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and qualified personality
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several tables efficiently
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must be available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening shifts
- ProServe certification is required for serving alcohol in Alberta
