Interior Health is seeking a relief, part-time (0.90 FTE) registered Social Worker for Castlegar's Primary Care Network. The role supports multiple clinics within the network and emphasizes compassionate care in a collaborative, community-focused workplace.

You will conduct social work assessments, provide therapeutic counselling to patients and families, and contribute to care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
