Puratos Mississauga is seeking a seasoned Food Scientist to lead local research, development and adaptation of Patisserie Mixes, contributing to business growth and operational efficiency by delivering robust R&D; expertise and cross-functional support to Sales and Marketing.

The role requires a post-secondary degree in Food Science (master’s preferred), at least five years in food product development or technical sales, and solid analytical and communication skills in English.
