Coast Hotels Limited seeks a dual-responsibility People & Culture Manager for two Coast Calgary properties. You will lead HR initiatives across the two hotels, align culture with Coast values, and report to the Corporate Office in Vancouver.

Your role includes coaching leaders, ensuring compliance with OH&S; and Employment Standards, and driving a centralized HR strategy that supports guest experiences and staff development.
