- Core

Performance Testing &

- Engineering Skills (Primary – Must Have)

- JMeter – Proficient in developing and executing performance t esting scripts and scenarios, with the ability to enhance/customize using advanced scripting techniques.

- Dynatrace

– Strong expertise in deep-dive performance monitoring and analysis, providing actionable insights to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks.

- Performance Testing – Skilled in defining workload models, simulating production-like scenarios, executing large-scale performance tests, and analyzing results to ensure system stability, scalability, and reliability.

- Non-Functional Requirements &

- Architecture – Solid understanding of NFRs, system architecture, and technology stacks to ensure comprehensive performance coverage.

- Performance Tuning &

- Optimization – Ability to fine-tune application, database, and infrastructure components for optimal performance.

Preferred Skills





- Advanced Troubleshooting &
- Optimization (Secondary – Valuable to Have)

- Splunk, Log Analysis &

- Datadog – Skilled in log-based diagnostics and observability for identifying and resolving complex performance issues.

- SRE Skillsets – Exposure to Chaos Engineering, Observability, Monitoring production workloads, and contributing towards transition into an SRE role.

- Test Data &

- Virtualization – Ability to define test data strategy, collaborate with client M teams, and develop Virtual Services using Mountebank for performance testing.

- Client-Side &

- End-User Experience – Experience with tools to measure and enhance end-user performance experience.
