Ideal candidates will demonstrate solid communication skills, crisis management, and a passion for providing exceptional personal care. This role involves a demanding schedule, with 12-hour shifts and traveling to various locations as necessary. Key Responsibilities:

- Work with Individual Support Plans and Behavioural Support Plans
- Complete daily paperwork and documentation accurately




- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Ensure optimum well-being through daily care activities
- Assist individuals with mobility and daily living tasks Requirements:
- PSW or DSW certificate/diploma preferred
- 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification required
- Current vulnerable sector search within 6 months
- Ability to lift and assist clients independently Contribute to the well-being of those in need with your skills in personal care and communication.
