Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance comfort and independence
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure living environment
- Help clients with mobility exercises and transfers to prevent falls and improve physical health
- Document care activities accurately, including medication logs, daily notes, and incident reports





Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
- Experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including those living with dementia or cognitive impairments
- Knowledge of home care practices, caregiving techniques, and safety protocols in personal support roles
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures and infection control standards
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and respecting client dignity
- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks efficiently to uphold hygiene standards in clients’ homes or care settings
