Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on drug therapies, and ensuring optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with doctor’s orders and legal regulations
- Provide clinical services such as medication reviews, adaptation, medication administration and MACS and contraception
- Ensure proper documentation of all required records
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage inventory levels of pharmaceuticals to ensure availability while preventing shortages or overstocking
- Stay current with new medications, medical terminology, and advancements in pharmacy practice

Experience





- Prior experience working as a Pharmacist is preferred
- Ability to deliver excellent patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Familiarity with winRx is an asset
