As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a dedicated Full-time Pharmacy Assistant (32-40 hours flexible) to our team.

We are a high-volume pharmacy with an array of services and workflows. Ideal candidates should welcome a fast-paced work environment and the opportunity to further develop knowledge and skills in this role. We are also a tight-knit team that values support, encouragement, and positivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Prescriptions & refills: Type and enter current prescriptions and refills with complete accuracy and efficiency.
- Dispense & Prepare: Support pharmacists in the precise preparation and dispensing of medications.
- Communication: Ensure telephone and online communications are resolved clearly, concisely, and in a positive manner.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all pharmacy standards, provincial regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate: Provide support through various daily workflows to our team members, patients, and various partners.





What We’re Looking For

- Experience: A minimum of two-years pharmacy assistant experience is required for this position.
- Software: Preference will be given to candidates possessing experience with Kroll pharmacy software.
- Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong communication skills are vital to this position.
- Mindset: A positive and reliable team player eager to grow alongside an expanding local business.
