We are a friendly busy and well established pharmacy looking to hire a Part-time pharmacy assistant to join our staff may lead to Full time .3-4 years experience is a must .Living in Maple or Woodbridge or Richmond hill is a plus for easy commute.

WORKING HOURS ( 4 Hours /WEEK) every Tuesday or Wednesday 4-7:30/Saturday from 9-2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription
- Data entry of patient care information into computer system .Nexssys PharmaclicK computer system knowldege is preferable .

*Third party adjudication
- Accurate dispensing prescription medications
- Maintenance of pharmacy stock and ordering from wholesaler
- Answering customer prescription lines

*Handling customer prescription pick up

QUALIFICATIONS

- English and Italian speaking preferably .
- Living in Maple or Woodbridge or Richmond hill for easy commute.




- Be enrolled in/or completed post-secondary education ( university/college)
- Reliable ,fast and smart
- Able to work under pressure and stress
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient computer/data entry skills
- Robust communication skills **
- A Previuos 2-4 years experience is a must
- Experience with propel Rx computer system is a plus.
- Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon and Saturday

COMMITMENT

- long term commitment is required (2 years minimum)
