We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry using Fillware and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role involves supporting the pharmacy team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer care. Compounding Experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate and effective data entry using Fillware with a high degree of proficiency
- Must excel in billing to third-party insurance and handling insurance-related matters with efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with prescription processing, including receiving, preparing, and labeling medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Adhere to regulatory requirements,



policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing documentation
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
