As Pharmacy

Manager, you will be accountable for the overall operations, performance, and regulatory standing of our Richmond Hill pharmacy. You will lead with ownership and accountability, overseeing hiring, scheduling, workforce planning, and full-cycle performance management for a large, multidisciplinary team that includes pharmacists, technicians, assistants, shipping staff, and people managers. In this role, you will coach and develop other leaders, strengthening leadership capability, consistency, and accountability across teams through structured feedback, performance evaluations, and ongoing development.

You will build and sustain a culture of operational excellence by overseeing onboarding, training programs, and SOP development, ensuring clarity and consistency at scale. You will manage daily workflows and uphold full compliance with federal and provincial regulations and company standards, including those set by the Ontario College of Pharmacists and the National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities.



You will drive operational performance by optimizing processes, managing resources, and enabling the pharmacy to scale effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, physical counts, and ordering processes to maintain efficiency and supply integrity.

Licensing: Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists Experience: 7+ years of pharmacy experience, with demonstrated success leading large teams in high-volume or fast-paced environments People Leadership: Proven ability to hire, manage, coach, and performance-manage sizeable multidisciplinary teams;
