You will lead hiring, scheduling, workforce planning, and performance management for a large, multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, shipping staff, and managers. You will coach leaders, ensure onboarding and training, maintain SOPs, and guarantee compliance with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
