About the Role

We are seeking a Physician or Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centred clinical care as part of a growing Men’s Health & Wellness program .

The role will focus on men’s sexual health, erectile dysfunction, hormone-related concerns, hair loss and overall wellness, with responsibilities including clinical assessment, investigation, treatment planning, prescribing and follow-up within the practitioner’s professional scope.

We are looking for a clinician who is comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns in a professional, respectful and non-judgmental environment and who is committed to providing individualized, evidence-informed care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, medications, symptoms, health goals and relevant examination findings.
- Assess men’s health concerns including erectile dysfunction, symptoms associated with testosterone deficiency, fatigue, hair loss and related wellness concerns.
- Order and interpret clinically appropriate laboratory investigations within authorized scope of practice.
- Identify conditions requiring further investigation, referral or escalation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and shared decision-making.
- Prescribe and monitor appropriate medications within professional scope, authorization and competence.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment options, benefits, risks, limitations and alternatives.
- Monitor treatment response and make appropriate adjustments based on clinical findings.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
- Coordinate referrals and additional clinical support when required.
- Maintain complete, accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Obtain and document informed consent as required.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s administrative and clinical team to support a smooth patient experience.
- Contribute to the development of clinical workflows,



patient intake processes and educational resources.
- Participate in relevant clinical training and professional development as required.

Key Requirements

- Physician: Medical degree with current authorization to practise in Ontario.
- Nurse Practitioner: Appropriate NP qualification with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Experience in primary care, men’s health, sexual health, hormone care, preventive health or a related clinical setting is preferred.
- Experience with erectile dysfunction or testosterone management is an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and prescribing skills within professional scope.
- Ability to order and interpret appropriate laboratory investigations.
- Strong clinical documentation and electronic medical record skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Comfortable discussing sexual health and other sensitive medical concerns.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Patient-centred, empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader healthcare team.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed care.
