Responsibilities:

- Work one-on-one with patients to guide them through vision rehabilitation activities provided by the supervising optometrist
- Track progress and provide feedback to the supervising optometrist
- Modify therapy plans as needed based on patient response
- Educate and motivate patients and families
- Contribute to a positive and supportive clinical environment
- Teach patients how to insert and remove contact lenses
- Run visual field testing for patients
- Other tasks as needed, such as administration (phone-calls and booking appointments)

- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus if you have:

- A background in kinesiology, psychology, education, rehabilitation, or health sciences
- Experience working with children, neurodiverse individuals, or in healthcare settings
- Previous exposure to optometry, vision science, or therapy-based work
