Pizza Team Member

Nana’s Pizza is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Pizza Team Members to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in great food and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service
- Take customer orders accurately in person, by phone, and/or through online ordering systems
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Nana’s Pizza standards
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, packaging, and order assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately
- Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and presented properly
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work cooperatively with other team members to keep service running smoothly
- Help with opening and closing duties as required

What We’re Looking For




- Valid Food Handler Certificate required
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset, but training will be provided

Experience

- Kitchen: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (required)
