Responsibilities

- Supervise children’s play activities to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior
- Monitor playground equipment and surroundings to maintain a secure environment
- Greet visitors warmly at the front desk, answer questions, and provide information about programs and services
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our registration systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately for admissions, merchandise, or food sales
- Assist with food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages in accordance with health standards
- Address guest inquiries promptly,



resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and playground facilities to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or childcare settings preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with children, parents, and team members
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Food service experience is a plus for assisting with snack or beverage offerings
- Background in hospitality or related fields is advantageous for creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around actively throughout shifts; comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
