Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear information about plumbing services and solutions
- Enter customer data accurately into our systems, ensuring all details are complete and up-to-date
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments with plumbing technicians based on their needs and availability
- Use analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products, including upselling opportunities
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating patience, clarity, and active listening during all interactions




- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service schedules and resolve any customer concerns efficiently
- Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and Spanish to ensure inclusive service

Skills

- Robust data entry skills with high attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities
- Experience in sales or customer service roles within the home services industry is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to create positive customer experiences
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
