Mansour Logistics Inc. is currently seeking a safety-focused and dependable Pneumatic Operator to help drive our success and be apart of our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and productive unloading of dry bulk products using pneumatic equipment while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Safely operate company vehicles and pneumatic bulk equipment.
- Unloading/Offloading of dry bulk products using pneumatic systems.
- Operate compressors, blowers, hoses, and associated unloading equipment safely.
- Follows and complies with all government legislation and company policies & procedures.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Conduct pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip hazard assessments and inspections.
- Report equipment defects, incidents, and safety concerns promptly.
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and operations personnel to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.




- Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with routine maintenance reporting.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is considered an asset; however, we offer a comprehensive training program for the successful candidate, and applicants with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
- Valid Ontario’s class G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must be able to pass all required training, background check, and drug & alcohol testing.
- Safety-focused attitude with experience working in an industrial setting.
- Commercial vehicle or industrial equipment experience is an asset.
- Pneumatic bulk handling experience is an asset but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in various outdoor environments.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (heavy lifting, bending, climbing ladders and standing for long periods of time).
