OEFS is looking for a dynamic Acting Post-Majority Care Supervisor for a temporary maternity leave backfill. Oversee young adults' transition from foster care, ensuring quality support services. This full time position offers a chance to lead and mentor Post-Majority Care staff while coordinating vital services for youth transitioning out of care.

Bring your strong background in social services to enhance program delivery, ensure compliance with regulations, and improve service quality. Demonstrate your expertise in fostering collaborative relationships to promote well-being and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Directly oversee Post-Majority Care staff and case managers
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback
- Develop initiatives to improve services for young adults
- Ensure compliance with policies and best practices
- Monitor program activities and client outcomes Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Work required; MSW preferred
- Registered with NBASW
- Minimum five years in social services
- Two years in supervisory roles
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Lead and inspire staff while delivering quality services to support young adults transitioning from care.
