Retail Commission Sales Representative – Powersports & RV

Camp Canada RV is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Commission Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for RVs and powersports, and is motivated by a performance-based earning structure.

The successful candidate will work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend the right products, and guide them through the purchasing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable RVs, trailers, ATVs, side-by-sides, golf carts, and other powersports products
- Develop strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Conduct product walk-throughs and demonstrations
- Answer questions regarding features, pricing, financing, and available options
- Prepare quotes and sales documentation
- Negotiate and close sales while working toward individual and company sales goals
- Follow up with leads, previous customers, and prospective buyers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
- Keep showroom and product displays organized and presentable
- Stay up to date on current inventory, promotions, financing options, and product features
- Work collaboratively with the sales and management team to achieve dealership goals
- Assist with delivery and customer orientation when required
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process

Qualifications
- Previous retail, automotive, RV, powersports, or commission-based sales experience is an asset




- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable learning and explaining product specifications and features
- Valid driver's licence
- Must be comfortable working weekends and during peak sales periods
