About the role La Brezza is looking for a reliable, motivated Kitchen Helper / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The position starts part-time, and we are open to moving the right person to full time. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow: we will train you on the line, with the goal of promoting you to Line Cook, with a pay increase when you move up.

What you'll do

- Prepare and plate salads during service
- Help with daily prep (washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients)
- Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized
- Support the cooks during service wherever needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What we're looking for

- Some previous kitchen experience (minimal experience is fine)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Must be available evenings and weekends; the schedule varies from week to week
